About timecue

Built around the handoff between site and office.

timecue is construction software that keeps people, projects, tasks and completed work in one place. We are preparing it for a pilot and want to shape it with construction teams.

What we saw on site

Site work moves faster than the paperwork around it.

timecue started with three gaps that kept showing up on construction projects. None of them comes from a lack of effort. They come from where information ends up.

  1. 01

    Worklogs arrive late

Hours and completed work get written down at the end of the week, from memory, when the details are already blurry.

  2. 02

    Planning lives in many places

Who goes where sits in a spreadsheet, a group chat and someone’s head, so changes do not reach everyone in time.

  3. 03

    Context goes missing

A log says eight hours, but not which project, area or task. The office has to ask, and the site has to remember.

What we believe

Keep the work moving. Let timecue handle the record.

Crews should spend the day building, not filling in forms. timecue keeps planning, assignments and worklogs connected, so the record builds up as the work happens and nobody reports the same thing twice.

  • 01

    Record it once

Work is logged against the project, area and task it belongs to, while the details are still fresh.

  • 02

    Keep it with the project

Assignments, worklogs and project activity stay together, so the history is there when someone asks.

  • 03

    Review, not surveillance

timecue helps managers understand completed work. It is not GPS tracking or a strict clock-in system.

How we build it

Built with construction teams, not only for them.

timecue grows through a pilot with construction companies. We start from how site managers, project managers, owners and crews already work, and let real use decide what comes next.

  1. 01

    Together with construction teams

Pilot companies use timecue in their daily work and tell us where it helps and where it gets in the way.

  2. 02

    Current product first

We show what works today and keep it apart from ideas. If something is not built yet, we say so.

  3. 03

A roadmap shaped by the pilot

What we build next follows what pilot teams need most, so priorities can change along the way.

Where we are now

What timecue does today, and what comes later.

The core workflow is in place. Pilot companies will help decide what needs refining before timecue is more widely available.
