QuestionsCurrent product
What can timecue do today?
timecue is in use with selected pilot companies. It keeps the people, projects and recorded work of a construction company in one place.
01 Is timecue available now?
Yes, through the pilot. Access is open to selected construction companies, and we look at your company and the way you work before access is granted.
02 What is included in the current product?
The current product covers the everyday work that should stay connected:
- Workforce planning, availability and leave, and assignments
- Projects, working areas, tasks and project activity
- Worker profiles, teams, specialties and role-based access
- Worklogs with hours, project, task, a description and optional photos where supported
- Dashboards and the available worklog exports
03 Is timecue a time-tracking system?
Not in the usual sense. timecue records hours together with the project, task and work they belong to. It is not a clock-in and clock-out system, and it does not approve payroll.
04 Does it work on the web and on mobile?
There is a web app and a native mobile app. Not every workflow is the same on both, so we go through the setup that fits your team in the pilot conversation.
Pilot
How does the pilot work?
A pilot starts from how your company works today: the kind of projects you run, the people involved and the information you need to keep track of.
01 Who is the pilot for?
Construction companies that want a clearer way to organise projects, assignments and records of the work done. We choose companies where the current product is a practical fit.
02 What happens after I apply?
Send a short application through the contact page. We look at the work you do, the projects you run and what you want to improve. If the pilot is a good fit, we contact you to agree the next step.
Request pilot access03 What would our team need to provide?
Mainly time to explain how you work today: the roles involved and the information you want to follow. We agree the practical details together before access is granted.
04 Is the pilot open to every company?
Not automatically. It depends on the current pilot and on whether the product fits your work. We will be clear about that in the first conversation.
05 Is there a price?
Pilot availability and commercial terms are agreed directly with each company. We do not publish a price or promise terms on this page.
Workflow
How would a team use it?
The crew records the work once it is done, and it stays connected to the project. Managers review the activity without piecing the story together from separate notes.
A normal project day
- 01 Set up the project Projects, working areas and tasks give the work a clear place.
- 02 Assign the people Assignments and team details sit next to the work.
- 03 Record the work Add the hours, the task and a short description once the work is done.
- 04 Review the activity See what has been recorded and what needs attention.
- 05 Keep the history The project keeps a usable record for the next decision.
The same project record follows the work from the site to the office.
01 What does a normal project day look like in timecue?
The project is set up with its working areas and tasks. People are assigned, the work is recorded with its context, and managers review the activity on the project.
02 Can work be linked to a project or task?
Yes. A worklog can include the project and task it belongs to, along with a description and other available details.
03 Can managers see what needs attention?
Dashboards and project views show what has been recorded, so managers have the information for the next decision. They reflect what the team records; timecue does not claim that every update is live or automatic.
04 Can we return to an earlier update?
Yes. Project activity and worklogs stay attached to the project, so the team can look back at what has been recorded.
Data
How is our data handled?
Access is organised around your company and the roles of its users. Project and worklog details stay together, and the available exports can be used for reporting.
01 Who can see our project information?
Access is tied to your company and to the roles given to its users. We go through the exact access setup with you when the pilot is prepared.
02 How are access rights managed?
User roles decide what each person can see and work with. We explain the available setup for your company before access is granted.
03 Can we export our worklogs?
Yes. Owners and managers export worklogs as PDF, Excel or CSV, filtered by date range, project, task, team or worker. Your exports stay in export history, where you can download them again for seven days.
04 Does timecue use our data to train AI?
The pilot product does not include AI analysis. For any question about how data is processed, contact us or read the Privacy Notice.
Ask a data question05 Where can I read the legal details?
The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled on this website and in our forms. For questions about your company’s data, contact the team directly.

Can timecue work with our existing tools?
There is no fixed public integration list yet. Tell us what you use and we will separate what is possible today from work that would need to be planned.
01 Which tools does timecue integrate with today?
There is no fixed public integration list yet. In the pilot conversation we go through the tools you use for projects, people, worklogs and reporting.
02 Can we import existing project or worker information?
Tell us what information you already have and where it is kept. We will explain the available setup instead of promising an import that has not been confirmed.
03 Can timecue replace our accounting or payroll system?
No. timecue is not an accounting, payroll or ERP system. It focuses on the project work and the records around it.
04 What should we include in an integration question?
Tell us which tools you use, what information should move between them and who needs it. That gives us enough to discuss the next step.

What is planned next?
The roadmap keeps the current product apart from work in development and areas we are still exploring.
01 Where can I see the roadmap?
The roadmap page shows the status of each area without promising dates: available, in development or being explored.
Read the roadmap02 Are CRM, client communication and offers available now?
No. The current product covers workforce planning, projects, tasks, worklogs and project activity. CRM, client communication and AI help with offers are next on the roadmap.
03 Is scanning available?
No. Site scanning and tracking physical progress are research areas on the roadmap, not current features.
04 Can pilot companies influence what comes next?
Pilot feedback helps set priorities. It does not guarantee that a specific feature will be built or delivered by a particular date.
